New Initiative 2026

SKY Green Army

On International Youth Day, SKY Foundation launched the 'SKY Green Army'. 100 students and teachers of KKC College were provided with plants. The mission is not just to plant, but to take responsibility.

Participants who successfully care for their plants for 3 months will be officially inducted as 'SKY Green Army Soldiers' and awarded special gift hampers related to environmental conservation.

2026 Event Highlights

The SKY Youth Awards 2026 and SKY Green Army launch took place on August 12, 2026, to celebrate International Youth Day.

  • Chief Guest: Shri K.K. Chatterjee (Retired Scientist & Senior Education Officer, Regional Science City).
  • Special Guests: Prof. S.P. Shukla (HOD Physics) & Prof. (Major) Kaushal Kishore Mishra (Principal, Shri Jai Narayan P.G. College).

Selection Process

  • 1. Nomination: Self-nomination or third-party. Window open Sep-Jun.
  • 2. Screening: Reviewed by Director, R&D, EC of SKY Foundation (July).
  • 3. Evaluation: Assessed by a review committee based on predefined criteria.
  • 4. Expert Review: Subject experts evaluate achievements and impact.
  • 5. Final Selection: Approved by the jury and officially announced.
